ABOUT

I'm a student at the University of Michigan majoring in Computational Cognitive Science. I was drawn to this program because I'm interested in the psychology behind coding and how people interacting with UI shapes decision-making. I'm particularly interested in responsive web and graphic design. I have experience working on both interests, through completing coursework and developing environments for clients.

During my time in Ann Arbor, I've been able to spend my time working at the core of the organizations I've had the opportunity to be a part of. I was able to coordinate performances and create original marketing material as the President of Marketing and Events for Blue Bop Jazz Orchestra and plan volunteering opportunities and other productive events for university students as the Activism Chair for LGBT+ Michigan.

In my free time, I really enjoy playing jazz drums and performing in other music organizations on campus. I've also recently been cooking up new recipes in the kitchen, but you'll have to ask my roommate whether that's a good investment of my time or not. I enjoy hiking, listening to new music, and learning more about graphic design and front-end development.
